Andina, a Senior Associate at Roosdiono & Partners, has established herself as a highly skilled transactional lawyer with a strong focus on complex legal transactions, including restructuring, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. With over 10 years of experience, Andina has successfully advised foreign direct investments for the establishment of companies in Indonesia, demonstrating her deep understanding of corporate secretarial compliance and regulatory requirements.

Andina’s expertise extends to conducting legal due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the hospitality, technology, medical, and commercial supply chain industries. She is also an Intellectual Property (IP) specialist, having handled licensing and franchising matters for major food and beverage corporations, as well as representing prominent companies in trademark registration issues in Indonesia.

For the past three years, Andina has been a valuable member of the China Desk within the corporate commercial team. She has been actively involved in various projects, particularly in the trade and information technology sectors, representing numerous Chinese venture capitalists and investors in Indonesian tech start-up funding for OTT, fintech, insurtech, and e-commerce businesses.

Andina joined Roosdiono & Partners in November 2012 as a trainee associate and was subsequently promoted to Senior Associate in January 2018.
