Achimi has extensive experience advising foreign and local clients on corporate and commercial transactions in Indonesia, including regulatory compliance, acquisitions, and due diligence. Since 2012, she has led legal matters for palm oil plantation companies, advising major Malaysian conglomerates, and has also worked as legal counsel for a global biopharmaceutical company. Achimi joined Roosdiono & Partners in 2012 and became a Partner in 2021 after completing key secondments in Kuala Lumpur and with a major airline’s subsidiary.
