Ajeng is an Intellectual Property (IP) specialist at Roosdiono & Partners with over 16 years of experience in IP protection, prosecution, litigation, and transactional work such as licensing and franchising. She has represented clients in landmark cases, including a high-profile trademark dispute at the Indonesian National Arbitration Center and the KOPITIAM case. Since joining the firm in 2015 and becoming a partner in 2020, she has notably handled significant patent prosecution work for ZTE Corporation and GUANGDONG OPPO MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORP., LTD. and IP enforcement for global brands like Rolex, and Warner Bros.
