Sandro has over 17 years of experience representing multinational and national companies, including major banks and state-owned enterprises, in banking, finance, and debt securities transactions. She also advised the Indonesian government on financing and debt issuance and has expertise in project financing, M&A, and foreign investments. Prior to joining Roosdiono & Partners in 2018, she worked for numbers of major law firms with international affiliations where she was extensively involved in major banking and financing transactions, as well as acquisition of interests in projects and shares of companies. In 2022, Sandro was listed as one of the ALB Rising Stars Indonesia by Asian Legal Business.
